How long does it take to process an order?


Orders are usually processed within 24 hours to 3 days – excluding weekends and public holidays. During public holidays, processing times may be longer due to the high volume of orders.


How long does delivery take?

We try to find the most suitable delivery method for the destination.

Delivery to the UK takes 7–14 days

There are circumstances beyond our control (such as customs and security checks, natural disasters, public holidays, weather, etc.) which may cause shipping delays. Although most parcels arrive on time, circumstances and delays may arise for which our logistics partners are responsible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.


Will I receive a tracking number to track my order?

Depending on which fulfilment centre your items are dispatched from, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your items 3–4 days after dispatch. However, as each individual product may be dispatched from a different fulfilment centre worldwide, there may be instances where we are unable to provide a tracking number for a particular product. Our company has fully insured the parcels, and any missing items will be redelivered to you free of charge.


I haven’t received a tracking number yet?

Please check your spam folder to see if the email containing the tracking information has been sent there. Occasionally, for various reasons, the courier may not provide a tracking number. However, if you do not receive your item within the delivery timeframe, we will resend it to you as soon as possible.


Where is my order?

When you order an item from our shop, you will always receive a confirmation email from us containing your order details. Using our order tracking tool, you can view the current status of your order and track your item as soon as the information has been updated by your local postal service.


Which courier services do you use to deliver orders?

The choice of courier service actually depends on our fulfilment centre. Therefore, courier services may vary from country to country. Without a strong business relationship with the courier service, we cannot secure more favourable rates, which means we would lose our global customers to our competitors in terms of speed.


Can I return my product?

Yes, of course. You have 14 days from receipt of your product. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us and receive a refund. Please note that we do not cover postage costs – so you will need to pay the return postage yourself.
