Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

- on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, if you have ordered goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

- on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item, if you have ordered several items as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last partial delivery or the last item, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial deliveries or items;


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Homeloves, email address: support@homeloves.uk) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.


Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to check their condition, characteristics and functionality.

If the goods are already on their way to you, withdrawal is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us.

Exclusions or expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;

- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be exceeded rapidly;

- for the supply of alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed at the time the contract was concluded, but which cannot be supplied until at least 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no influence;

- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.


The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been broken after delivery;

- for the supply of goods which, due to their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, where the seal has been broken after delivery;

- for the supply of goods that have already been used and are no longer in their original condition.

❌ Have you not received your parcel, is it damaged, or is the product faulty? We can help :)

1. Damaged/lost parcel:

Please send us an email with a photo of the parcel you received, showing the damage. We will then take care of everything else and send you a new product or refund the purchase price.

2. Faulty product:

In this case, please briefly describe the fault to us and, ideally, send us a photo or video of it. We will refund the purchase price once your claim has been approved.

3. Incorrect delivery address provided:

If you have accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact your local delivery service (DHL, Hermes, DPD, etc.) and request a redelivery. As you are the recipient, we are unfortunately unable to assist you in this matter. You will need to cover the costs of the redelivery yourself.
